Paul Daddio is a Director in the Financial Advisory Services (FAS) practice of Baker Tilly’s Washington, DC office. Paul provides business and intangible asset valuation and financial consulting services and has over 13 years of professional experience as a valuation consultant, during which time he has developed extensive expertise working on complex valuation and FP&A analyses. The following summarizes Paul’s areas of focus:
- Provides valuation services for the following purposes: strategic business planning, employee stock-based compensation plan reporting, taxation planning and compliance (federal income, gift, and estate tax), financial reporting (purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment analyses, ASC 718 reporting, etc.), litigation support and dispute resolution, and others.
- Completed analyses across a wide array of subject companies, from corporations that generate over $1 billion per year in revenue to family-owned businesses. The following is a small sample of some of the many industries with which Paul has experience: a wide variety of government contractors, software and technology, aerospace & defense, IT services, construction, engineering services, cybersecurity, medical device design, restaurants, physician practices, etc.

Paul has an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is a member of the CFA Institute and American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
