Stephanie Johnson is a Supervisor in RSM's McLean, Virginia Office where she is a member of the Valuation Services group serving RSM's Mid-Atlantic Region. Stephanie has performed valuation and advisory assignments for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting, corporate tax, reorganizations, strategic planning, sale or IPO and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). She has performed valuation analyses involving complex capital structures and complex ownership structures. Stephanie is also experienced in the valuation of intangible assets (relationship-based, marketing-based, technology-based, patents, and non-competition agreements).

Stephanie has experience in a number of industries, including financial services, retail, distribution, information technology, life sciences, government contracting, telecommunications, professional services and manufacturing. In addition, Stephanie has developed course content and delivered continuing professional education courses relating to business valuation fundamentals, valuation of government contractors, option pricing modeling and equity allocation methodologies. Stephanie specializes in early stage company valuation, the valuation of government contractors, the financial services industry, and equity allocation for complex capital structures.
