He holds the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants specialty designation of (ABV) Accredited in Business Valuation, (CFF) Certified in Financial Forensics and the (CVA) Certified Valuation Analyst designation issued by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. Mr. Pannese worked for KPMG (Peat, Marwick ) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a Field Agent and an Appeals Officer. His professional practice focuses on expert witness and IRS representation work. Mr. Pannese holds a Bachelors of Accounting degree from Sacred Heart University and a Masters of Science in Taxation from the University of New Haven. He is a member of the: National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute's Tax Division as well as their Business Valuation and Forensics section, and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). He is also a member of the CSCPA's Federal Tax and Estate and Gift Tax Committees.
