Charlie is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and analyzing investments made under the firm's less-than-majority Flex Equity strategy. Prior to joining Huron, Charlie was a Director of BMO Private Equity (U.S.), Inc. with a $300 million junior capital commitment focused on investing in middle-market businesses across a variety of industries. His responsibilities there included origination, account management, valuation and financial analysis. Prior to joining BMO, Charlie worked at Bank One (now part of J.P. Morgan Chase) in a variety of coverage and product groups including Finance and Leasing, High Yield Sales and Trading, and Bank One Mezzanine.
