Brian Bornino is the Director and National Practice Leader for the Valuation and Financial Opinions practice at GBQ Consulting. His broad and extensive experience includes approximately 2,500 valuation engagements involving businesses, business interests, and intangible assets of privately held and publicly traded companies. Brian specializes in ESOP feasibility studies, formations, valuations, and transaction consulting. Brian currently serves as the chairman of a national team of valuation professionals from firms around the country within the BDO Alliance USA.

Brian is a nationally recognized author and speaker on valuation topics, and was awarded The ESOP Association's 2014 Membership Recruitment Award for his work championing Employee Stock Ownership Plans. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Ohio/Kentucky Chapter of the ESOP Association and is Chairman of its ESOP Awareness Committee.
