Kesh Iyer is a principal with RSM US LLP where he leads the valuation services practice for RSM's southeast region. Kesh previously held management positions in the valuation services groups of two leading regional accounting, tax and business consulting firms and a Big Four firm. Kesh has 20 years of valuation consulting experience and holds the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation from the American Society of Appraisers. He is skilled in estimating the value of equity ownership interests (common and preferred securities), intangible assets and fixed income instruments of private and public companies of varying sizes and complexity. He also has deep knowledge and understanding of real estate and machinery and equipment (M&E) valuation methodologies.
