Brooke Pierce, CPA/ABV, ASA, CVA, CMEA is a senior manager in the Hattiesburg, Mississippi office of HORNE where her primary focus is the valuation of healthcare entities and healthcare transactions. She works with members of HORNE's healthcare services team providing a variety of valuation and consulting services to hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and attorneys.

Brooke joined HORNE in 2006 and has over ten years of consulting experience. She has performed numerous valuations, including those of hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, diagnostic centers, hospital departments, and medical practices. In addition, she has determined fair market value for leasing agreements between healthcare organizations and performed valuations of other healthcare related assets including tangible and intangible assets.

Brooke earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Millsaps College and a Master of Science degree from Louisiana State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation, an Accredited Senior Appraiser in the business valuation and machinery technical specialties disciplines, a Certified Valuation Analyst, and a Certified Machinery Equipment Appraiser.
