Glen has experience with various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including working capital target negotiations, valuations, and due diligence for both buyers and sellers. He has performed valuations for many different other purposes including estate and gift tax, shareholder disputes, and succession planning. Glen is the author of Views on Value: Excess Working Capital, published in Valuation Strategies in 2007.
In addition, Glen provides accounting and tax advisory services for a range of entities including agriculture, manufacturing and contracting companies. In particular, he enjoys tax planning and working with clients on succession planning and new initiatives. He is also very involved in his firm’s campus recruiting efforts.
