Mandeep is a principal in Citrin Cooperman's Valuation and Forensic Services group. She leads the valuation services team and manages the preparation and delivery of top quality valuations of businesses, private equity, professional practices and income generating assets such as derivatives and intellectual property. She has prepared hundreds of complex valuations and economic damages calculations for a variety of purposes including: mergers and acquisitions, estate and gift tax planning, corporate financial planning, shareholder actions, matrimonial actions, commercial damages and other forensic services.

Mandeep has experience in a diverse range of industry verticals including hedge funds and other alternative investment vehicles, software development and licensing, construction, staffing, hospitality, funeral homes, and a broad variety of service, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution industries.

Mandeep is a graduate of the University of Toronto, with an honors degree in commerce and finance. She holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business, York University in Canada. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst designation holder, an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers and a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.

Mandeep also serves on the National Editorial Board for the bi-monthly newsletter, Litigation & Valuation Report. As a board member, she helps shape the content, style and direction of the publication by participating in editorial board conferences and reviewing articles before they go to press.

Mandeep is qualified as an expert witness before the Supreme Court of the State of New York and testified before the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund regarding the economic damages suffered as a result of the wrongful death of a New York City firefighter, during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack.
