He works with client management teams to improve profitability, create and achieve growth strategies along with other client goals. Bill is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) issued by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and also holds the ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) certification. He has valued hundreds of businesses for the purposes including estate and gift tax planning, merger and acquisition, succession planning, shareholder dissension, divorce, and buy/sell agreements.
