He is a founding partner of ICMG, a consulting company focused on managing intellectual capital to maximize value. He is also co-founder of the ICM Gathering, comprising managers of intangibles for large, diverse international companies who meet to exchange information on new and innovative management techniques for creating and extracting value from their intangibles.
