Mr. Perrone has managed and performed numerous assignments including the valuation of controlling and minority interests, business enterprise valuations for pre- and post-transaction analysis, estate taxes, investment partnerships, and joint ventures. In addition, Mr. Perrone has experience in the evaluation of intangible assets, such as customer lists, patient records, workforce in-place, trade names, contracts, and non-compete agreements. His work has provided support for stock and asset purchase transactions, gift and estate taxes, internal planning, litigation support, and regulatory purposes.

Mr. Perrone has performed numerous valuation assignments for healthcare organizations, including medical groups, independent physician associations (IPAs), diagnostic imaging centers, surgery centers, radiation oncology centers, management service organizations (MSOs), health maintenance organizations (HMOs), and hospitals.

Prior to joining the Valuation & Information Group, Mr. Perrone was a consultant in financial valuations with a national valuation firm.
