Daniel Patracuolla is a Managing Director in the Morristown office of Duff & Phelps. Dan is part of the Portfolio Valuation Practice, specializing in valuing portfolios of illiquid securities including assets across the capital structure (debt, preferred and common equity, warrants). Dan has provided an array of valuation services to hedge fund, private equity fund and corporate clients. Prior to joining Duff & Phelps, Dan was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley responsible for development and execution of mark to market review procedures for global strategic investments and loans held by Morgan Stanley. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Dan worked for Standard & Poor's Corporate Value Consulting and its predecessor companies providing valuation opinions to a variety of public multinational corporations, private companies, and various private equity and hedge funds. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Lehigh University and a Masters of Business of Administration from Seton Hall University.
