Corey Palasota is a Manager at VMG Health in the Dallas office. In addition to providing valuation and transaction advisory services, Mr. Palasota is also involved in the firm's proprietary research and management consulting initiatives. Through his involvement in over 140 transactions ranging in value from several hundred thousand to several billion, his valuation experience spans numerous sub-industries within healthcare. Mr. Palasota also assists in certain accounting related valuation services such as purchase price allocations and goodwill impairment testing.

Mr. Palasota received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Honors from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to VMG Health, Mr. Palasota was an analyst at a hedge fund where he performed valuation and due diligence on the firm's concentrated investments. He has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and has also attended numerous seminars regarding valuation complexities within the healthcare industry.
